Morning Folks,
My first grow diary in GR420, although I have been growing a while now and have done other diaries, I am sure some of you have seen my previous diaries, but for those that haven't, I grow in coco and use a recirculating 4 Pot Wilma :)
I will try and include as much information as possible and any hints and tips I have picked up since I started growing in coco :)
I will be doing 4 x Barneys Farm LSD fem seeds, I have popped 5 for the minute and will grow out the best looking 4.
I will detail the equipment and nutrients that I will be using for veg below:
75cm x 75cm x 1m BudPro Tent
T5 96w Flo Lamp
Canna Coco Pro
Canna Start
Canna Rhizo
Ionic HW Grow nutes
RAW Kelp
RAW Humic acid
RAW Amino Acids
Ph Down
Liquid Silicon
I will also be using my trusted BlueLab EC & Ph pens :)
So for germinating the seeds I usually soak the seeds in a glass of water over night, if you are using older seeds you can add rhizo, the kelp extract will help to soften the seed casing. The next day I usually put them in a damp paper towel and in a Tupperware container somewhere warm. The next day I put them in 2 litre pots in coco :)
So 3 sprouted nice and clean, the 2 others still had the seed casing attached, this seems to happen sometimes, whatever way you plant the seeds. I usually just spray the the seed with water a couple of times during the day too loosen it, which is what I did this time and within a couple of hours the seeds casing had dropped off :)
The seedlings are just on plain water for the next week, they are in 2 litre pots, so generally I will spray them daily but water every other day, until they are more established :)

So I have a mutant plant in my flowering tent at the minute, and wanted to include her flowering in this diary. I am not really sure what strain she is, its a toss up between Dinafem Cheese or Incredible Bulk.
So last grow I planted 4 auto seeds, 2 x dinafem XXL cheese, 1 x dinafem XXL Blue Amnesia, and 1 x Incredible Bulk auto. One seed didnt sprout, so I was left with 3 auto's. or so I thought :)
So two flowered fine, under 400w on 24/7, but the mutant below didnt flower at all, just kept vegging. At one point I was going to throw her away, but after harvesting the other two plants, I decided to try and flower her under 12 x 12 @ 400w. And she started flowerinfg up nicely.
She is now 3 weeks into flower, and is looking like she could be a proper monster :)
So here is the LSD:

So a quick Friday update :)
So the little ones are doing well, been on Canna Start and Rhizo for the last week, as they are in 2 litre pots I am giving them a good watering every other day, the T5 doesnt dry the pots out that quick and this allow the roots to get searching for water. If i had these in smaller pots i would water daily. So here they are, about 2 weeks above ground:

So the weekly update, not too much happening at the sec, LSD are still on Canna Start and Rhizo, and the mutant is just begining to smell the place out, think the carbon filter will be working over time with her!

A very quick update, little ones are coming along, and the mutant is fattening up nicely :)
Topped the LSD this morning for the first time, I may pot these up into 5 litre pots at the weekend to slow them down a bit well the mutant finishes :)

So my usual update, the LSD are now on proper food (ionic HW Hydro), I have added kelp and humic acid as well, this week. They look nice and healthy as they have been on canna start and rhizo since sprouting :)
I also used some bendz on them this week as they were getting a bit tall :)

picture hostingThe Mutant is now on flush, I had to chop one cola that had been leant on the side of the tent due to some bud rot, my own fault for not turning the pots weekly, so here is the last picture of the mutant, she will be chopped this time next week :)

Sorry for the lack of up updates, the beast has been chopped now and pretty much smoked lol, did get a bit of mould on her in the end but nothing too serious.
LSD are coming on well, about 5 weeks into flower so anouther 3 or 4 weeks to go, heres a picture :)
Afternoon folks, so working out the dates today, we are at the start of week 7, so a couple more weeks till chop :)
These are being fed at EC 1.2, with 0.75ml per litre of hammerhead PK 4/10, got a bit of light burn on a couple of the big buds, but they are fattening up nicely now and getting a bit of sparkle on them :)

So over 1gpw which I am happy with especially for a summer grow :)
Onward and upwards thou, time to grow some Humboldt Green Crack plants.
