Well I’m not much better off in the northwest of England bud, I try to get out in the garden as often as possible usually daily between March and October in just shorts and get at least 30mins of sun on my skin, I also take a vitamin D3 supplement just for insurance it’s essential for so many things, Cannabis is probably a good source of vitamin D anyway it does most other things
