Mainlining Photos & Training Autos 1000w HPS & LED

Hello everyone!

Well as one grow has been completed we are moving right along to the next grow. This time instead of doing 1 hydro plant we are going to be doing a variety of different things.

Seeds:
Special Kush #1 - Mainlining (Photoperiod)
Kushy Kush - Mainlining (Photoperiod)
King Tut Autoflower - Topping & LST only
ChocMatic Autoflower - Topping & LST only
Speed Bud Autoflower - LST Only (very short flower period so no topping on this one)

Nutrients & Supps:
General Hydroponics Flora Micro, Grow, Bloom
General Hydroponics Rapid Root Starter
General Hydroponics PH UP/DOWN
General Hydroponics CaliMagic
Foliar Essence Foliar Spray

Grow Details & Items:
1000w HPS Light
1000w LED Light
Medium: 100% Coco Coir
Medium Size: 4 X 3 Gallon Fabric Pots, 1 Unknown Size planters pot
Grow Tent: 4 x 4 x 6
2 Clip on fans
1 rotating fan
Automatic Watering System will be installed over the next few days

Humidity & Temp Hygrometer

The King Tut is about 2 weeks old now and has been growing quite well. This plant has been topped already and I have started the LST process on her. Here are some photos from the early stages of growth to where she stands today































Within a few days the King Tut has grew so rapidly. She is already pointing back up to the light and will need to be tied down again tomorrow when I am home from work.

The Auto Speed Bud will be the last planted because of delays and it will probably be the 1st harvested. Planting 1 of these seeds in a smaller pot. Its an auto so just gonna let it fill space.

The other seeds have germinated and have been planted into the coco coir on Feb 21st. Now to wait and see how long it takes for them to sprout.

Hope this one turns out better than the last one.

Here we are with the entire setup with the exception of the Auto Speed Bud which is germinating now.

Also got the humidifier turned on so the RH should increase over the course of the next 24 hours.

Another update from the grow...

After placing the ChocMatic seed in the coco she never did sprout. This one took days to germinate. The Special Kush #1 and Kushy Kush have both germinated and have sprouted above the coco.

After getting no life from the ChocMatic seed that I won, I checked in the coco and she was as good as dead. Not sure why she never made it above, but she turned yellow and died. Wasn't expecting this seed to do much from the reviews I have read but would have been nice to add to the grow.

So after removing the dead seedling, I started a new seed in germination. Trying to keep it more Indica than Sativa this grow, so we threw in the Indica dominant hybrid Gorilla Glue #4.

Ours lineup is now as follows

You will notice the humidity level is low on my Hygrometer and it has been corrected. Had to refill the humidifier.

Never had a seedling turn yellow and die on me like that before. The others seemed fine. Maybe a bad seed who knows. Either way the others are doing great, waiting on 1 more to sprout and another to germinate :)

Hoping I do smash it this time! 1st time running coco, will see how she rolls!

So I got the 2 Kush plants sprouted finally. The stem stretched a little, but I just added more coco around the bast to fill her in and they are doing very well so far...here is a peek

After having the ChocMatic seed die under the coco I started the germination process on a Gorilla Glue #4, goal is to keep this grow mostly Indica & Indica dominant. GG#4 is just that!

Just under 24 hours of paper towel and I got this baby, she was planted tonight before I went to work. One of the quickest germinations I have had yet. I did add some General Hydroponics Rapid Root to the spray bottle before I sprayed the paper towel, not sure if that helped, was a very small amount, but who cares...we got a sperm shaped seed ready to grow!



King Tut Autoflower has been going great. I have been defoiliating her as the sites are growing and getting covered by bigger fan leaves. She is short, but she was also topped. I hope she stays in veg for a few more weeks so I can get her spread around the pot more than she is right now. Gonna be tying her in the opposite direction the next time she is ready.

This is week 4 of her growth, results are ok I guess, she has preflowers on her, has not started the flowering process or the stretch yet, so I am takign advantage of LST as much as I possibly can while it lasts

Still waiting on the Speed Bud Auto to sprout. This has been the 3rd day now so hopefully that happens sooner than later
Gorilla Glue #4 was planted yesterday, and hoping to see that kick into action soon as well!

In total this grow will have 5 plants, 3 of which are photoperiod and will be mainlined giving us at least 24 good size colas, and the other 2 plants are autoflower that will be topped/trained with LST
