Re: Mentor Request Thread
Hi Daikatana with that light @120w draw from the wall 500g in a 1.2 space would be just over 4g per watt. If this was the case we would all be using one. I love the fact your willing to-do what ever the mentor advises in equipment as well.

Re: Mentor Request Thread
I don’t think anyone is going to guarantee you any numbers for your harvest. ohlordyeah is spot on. You need to learn how to grow first and then use cuts if you want to try and hit some exact numbers every harvest.

Load of pish that is Joker, ive grown 15 to 20+ oz monsters grow after grow for years on end time after time in coco with 5gallon buckets and a watering can. Like you say coco is hydro but much more forgiving than water based hydro, so to me it beats water based hydro growing hands down every time. Only difference ive seen is water based growing may knock a week or so of your vegging cus coco is a little slower to start. We shall beg to differ though mate on this for sure

You can clearly crush coco, why not try your hand at dwc, that’s where there be monstersPoint 5 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 7:15 am![]()

Hey there’s a reason I’m giving coco a try! Now that I have you guys to pick some brains lol all my people are aero, hydro, soil based like me. I’ve never seen a side by side AB test between DWC and Coco but if definitely seen people growing both get bigger plants in bubbles rather than coco. That being said, I’m sure there was a ton of factors (skill mostly maybe?)
But exactly lol growers never gonna agree on everything! The best way is what works best for you right :)![]()

Re: Mentor Request Thread
Hello everyone, I'm looking for a mentor who can help me achieve some good results. I've mentioned this previously, but bought some new equipments. Here's the list;
-120*120 grow tent.
-600W 90k lumens HPS and MH lights with tubular reflector.
-AC infinity S4 fan and filter.
-An ordinary fan.
-20 Liter plastic pots.
-Advanced nutrients' base nutrients and some additives.
-And some amnesia lemon feminized photo seeds.
Ps: My seeds are not autos.
Also i'm thinking about going with coco coir but i can do hydroponics or soil depending on my mentor's advice.
Looking forward for your replies impatiently. :)

Re: Mentor Request Thread
@Bulls Hell Yea - I want your help with using Coco so I can grow up and be just like you.
If you are offering I will gladly bite your hand off for that offer?
I have just (3 days ago) germinated some "Growers Choice - Blue Forrest Berry" of which I had my eye on for ages and really looking forwards to growing these out.
EDIT: I have started a diary for more information
As you probably know I have had previous mentoring from @2-Scoops with the Auto Pots so not a complete noob ;o) but would like to learn more about how you 'photoshop' those canopies to be so even etc. but mostly what I am looking to learn is how to spot lockout and resolve deficiencies and how to push what the plant can do in terms of the nutrients and amounts I should be feeding in Coco.
I would be very grateful for any information / mentoring you would be willing to give.
What say you? Sir Bulls ;o)
