So a couple of things that I am unsure about since I’ve sacked the clay pebbles and rock wool off and went for Growstones and coco pellets instead.

After watching a few videos on you tube I think I’m good for getting my Growstones washed and ready to be used in my system. I have quite a few questions though before I get started, like

- what ph should I stabilise my Growstones in, you tube lol said 6.5? Is that ok? I was thinking more 5.8-6.0 somewhere around this ph?

- when preparing my coco pellets do I just use normal water? Ph water? Or a very low nutrient water solution of grow a+b and katana roots

- do I still crack my seed as normal using the glass of water and paper towel method before I plant them into the coir pellets? Or do I just plant them straight from the packet into the pellet?

Thanks again for any help troops

Got there in the end mate. You got some lovely toys there, with the right help sky is the limit in this set up.
I'll take along. I'm sure your mentor will know more about what you have asked.

I was when I first signd up but as forums go it's easy to get the use off. We have forum gallery where you can upload in ages and use them in posts. But all these features are on browser view.

Damn thats a nice setup!

PH 5.8-6 yes :)
Crack seeds as normal - tbh you can PH the joffy pellets but I have never bothered.
Once you get a taproot I usually make the jiffy pellet hole slightly bigger, and very gently guide the taproot into it :)
