Absolutely smashing growing there Grumpy Toad @Grumpy Toad

That tent would certainly make me into a happy little toad over here!

You mentioned the thermostat fiddler and hitting 30*C, that's what temp I run my grow at. Or should I say, that's the temp my grow decides it wants to run at.
It sure hasn;t affected them by the looks of things.

Nice one dude!

Day 64 of Flower (start of week 10)

I'm stopping nutrients and just feeding tap water that had been temperature adjusted. The Midnight Moonlight and Orange Runtz Cake are about done, Mandarin Cookie Haze and Orange Gasm are close behind. Lemon Jeffery is bringing up the rear. The Lemon Jeffery has finally had pistils start turning and pulling back. I think another week or so should do it.

I sure didn't want to see this. I was scoping the buds to see how trichomes were developing and found this on the top bud of the Midnight Moonlight. I immediately removed the bud and disposed of it. I spent quite a bit of time looking for signs of more but didn't see any more.

Now, how to proceed? Keep watch for more? Chop that plant? Burn the tent? I've never had this problem before and would appreciate some advice.

My mentor took a look and advised to chop and hang. He thinks that by starting the drying process it will slow the spread. So.....I'm going to pull everything in the morning. I'll be at 67 days of flower. All but one was 60-65 days. The Lemon Jeffery was supposed to be 70 and it is behind the others. Shit happens. I've got to keep this in perspective.

So I cut the plants down, did a pretty thorough trim and hung in the garage. It is 60 F and 30% RH in there so, given the circumstances, probably a good place for 24 hours. That will give me time to take everything out of my tent and give it all a good bleach wipe down. I'll transfer the plants to the tent in a day or two. I can control the environment better there.

I normally would only remove fan leaves and wait to dry trim. I was advised to do a pretty good trim because of the mold I found. On the plus side I did a very close inspection while trimming and again after I cleaned up and didn't see any more signs of mold. I learned a lesson. I thought my tent environment was very stable and obviously I need to re-look at my set up.

Here are a few photos:

I harvested a little early (last Thursday) and hung plants in the garage while a deep cleaned my tent. After washing and then wiping down with bleach it smelled like the indoor pool at the Hilton. Finally yesterday the odor dissipated and I relocated the plants.

The plants were hanging in my garage just inside the door. My wife's girlfriend came over to the house and asked if we knew it smelled really strong of pot? LOL

Anyway plants are doing fine now. the tent is at 67 degrees F and 54% RH. Carbon filter is doing it's thing but we still get a whiff of pot when the central heat kicks on.
