I'm trying to get humidity down in jars. Right now a consistent 70% so I leave the jars open for a few hours...mix the buds up in a bowl etc

But one thing when I popped her open this morning, let the initial air escape then took a small wiff...and wow it smells like god dam grapefruit/citrus. I just hope the flavour comes through too!!! Wohoo

I think I am going to cry...for the better

So the first harvest of the haze and tangie. I've been burping once a day as humidity is stable at 59/60% after 1 week of being in the jar. I opened it today and the smells are so prominent to the strains.

A beautiful scent of grapefruit..ripe grapefruit..and the lemon is slowly coming through on the haze.

Love it.

Thanks my man

I've popped the 2nd harv3st that was in jars for a few days at 70% rh on the nets again..it was stable at that rh but I feel its a little too high? Thoughts? I'll see what it's like after 6 hours...or is it OK to continue burping more frequently daily like twice until it comes down? I've not found it moving down even if I l3ave in a bowl for an hour so I thought I'd wack it back on the nets..with a fan circulating air, not dir3crly at them of course

If ya use the boveda 62rh humidity packs you could prolly jar up around 70 rh, i try to aim around 65rh before jarring up but im not bothered too much if its 70rh and below. I stack the 62rh boveda packs as i pack the buds in jars, every few handfuls of bud i add one, but i use big old sweet jars.

I tried to use them last time when I overdried my herb..I think I was too late as they didn't do much then. This time I haven't overdried so I'm avoiding anything like that anyway. Just using 1l kilners with humidity probes so I keep an eye on it daily. I'll put them back in the jar tonight and see how much differ3nc3 6 hours has made on the nets. Thanks @2-Scoops

They work much better bringing rh down than they do adding rh Wu but still not instant, i just carry on cracking jars daily whilst they are in jar and once i have brought it down to 62rh and also they keep bud lush so when you crack a bud open a month later its got that bumph and massive terps stink to it.
