Have the roots been staying too wet or cold aspie? It's not nitrogen deficiency because that would start at the bottom of the plant

Not too cold, I know that. If it were, the other would be affected too. I don't know about being too wet or not as I cannot see the roots. They both had a good watering last night (and it was present then as well) These photos were taken about 20 minutes ago, just before lights on (midnight to midday)

Ah ok, just trying to eliminate some variables. I'm only using 122.2w and the lights are as high as possible. There's about a 3 foot gap between lights and top of the plants. Hopefully it will grow out of it. I'm not going to water it for a day or two at least and see what happens.
